Abstract: Although kidney transplantation is the preferred treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, rejection can complicate matters. In this work, we compare the immune repertoire of kidney rejections with those of stables by leveraging RNA-seq data. After integration with the gene expression, several genes were associated with organ rejection and clinical outcome. This work shows that new biological insights can be discovered through the integration of immune repertoire and gene expression using only one data source.
