Description
Abstract Body: Academic Health Science Centers often respond to translational research data and workflow management challenges by utilizing available resources to develop novel applications. Recognizing that these challenges are shared by many other institutions, which also have technologies and experience that could enhance and expand a single institution application into a more capable shared resource, the Medical University of South Carolina received funding to develop a collaborative network of institutions to transform the Services, Pricing and Application for Research Centers (SPARC)1 Request application into an open source application with a sustainable multi-institutional consortium.
