Description

Abstract: This study aimed to develop an innovative Personal Health Record system to achieve information sharing among applications for Maternal and Child Health (MCH), by implementing Clinical Data Management System and Personal condition Oriented Proxy System. The dataset required for infant medical checkups was defined, graphical user interface was constructed, and environment for transferring and storing data was developed. The infrastructure to fully utilize the MCH management system, that is centered on MCH handbooks, of Japanese origin has been demonstrated.
